About Jewelry Designer: Dawn Brandt
Dawn is particularly drawn to creating pattern and texture in her pieces. Through pattern and texture, her designs deliver movement, visual and tactile interest. By way of color and form, emotion and energy radiate out of each design creating a look that is fashionable yet classic. Essential pieces containing simplistic shapes and clean lines evoke a sense of calm and serenity. Stylish jewelry, heavily textured with bold colors and daring lines, suggest passion and excitement.
All of Dawn’s work is done in her home studio with professional hand tools and techniques. She does not use power tools in the creation of any of her jewelry. The subtle nuances and intimacy of hand tooling brings out a richness and detail that cannot be done through the use of power tools.
